Our enclosed gondolas operate comfortably in all weather conditions, but if rain arrives during your flight, our Rainy Day Guarantee means you can return another day with a complimentary replacement ticket.
Because winter on the Peninsula is too beautiful to miss.
Visit us over Winter, from 1 June – 31 August to take advantage of this promotion.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Valid for visits between 1 June and 31 August 2026.
Applies only to tickets purchased directly through Arthurs Seat Eagle.
Guests are eligible for one complimentary ticket [of the same type] if rain occurs during their Arthurs Seat Eagle flight.
Rainy Day Guarantee tickets must be collected from the Guest Services desk on the original ticket’s redemption date.
Rainy Day Guarantee does not apply to complimentary tickets or Rainy Day Guarantee complimentary tickets.
Complimentary tickets are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
No refunds will be issued.
Tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Arthurs Seat Eagle reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time.
