- Has excellent communication and customer service skills, to ensure guests receive a memorable experience
- A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated team player who is proactive and comfortable working independently when required
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Previous customer services/retail experience preferred
- Available over weekends, public holidays, and the entire summer period
