Tickets purchased are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any day and time within our opening hours (More information on opening hours can be found under the ‘Visit’ tab)
Tickets may be purchased online or onsite at our ticket booth. Tickets purchased at our onsite ticket booth attract a premium.

The Eagle Annual Pass lets you enjoy soaring on the Eagle gondolas as many times as you like for a whole year.

The pass includes:
- 12 months of unlimited Eagle return fare gondola rides
- 15% Discount on additional full price fares
- 10% Discount at the Eagle Café and Gift shop

General Ticket Information
** Family: A Family ticket comprises of 2 Adult and 2 Child (aged 4-16) tickets
*Concession: The Eagle accepts the following cards for concession tickets:
- Australian Government Pensioner Concession Card
- Seniors Card
- Australian Student Card
International Seniors may also gain a concession by showing their passport at the ticket box.
Holders of government issued Companion and Carers Cards who purchase tickets may be accompanied on the gondola by their carer/attendant Free.
Throughout the year the Eagle also celebrates our past and present service men and women with free entry on days such as ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day.
