Terms and Conditions

• Party packages are based on 12 children participating, and 2 accompanying adults.
• Extra children/guests will be charged for at an additional rate – please enquire for details.
• Party go-ers must be under 12 years of age to go on the jumping castle.
• All party bookings are subject to availability.
• Party bookings require a minimum of 7 days notice and are subject to availability.
• Party booth will be reserved for a set time as per party schedule.
• Birthday cake may be brought into the cafe to enjoy in your reserved booth – any other outside food can be consumed in the state park outside.

Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and package.
• Full payment is required minimum 5 days prior to the date to finalise the booking.

 Cancellations and Availability

• Birthday parties are not available during school holidays or public holidays.
• 72 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a birthday package booking. The $50% non-refundable deposit will be retained for 12 months to reschedule for another package or normal booking.
