Two Millionth Visitor Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Arthurs Seat Eagle (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 3 April 2026 and ends at 5:00pm (AEST) on 19 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Only tickets redeemed (scanned for travel) during the Promotion Period are eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to all visitors who redeem a valid ticket for travel on Arthurs Seat Eagle during the Promotion Period.

The following are not eligible to win:

• Employees of the Promoter
• Immediate family members of employees
• Contractors, suppliers, partners, and associated agencies
• Media representatives and radio partners associated with the promotion

If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

4. How the Promotion Works

This promotion is a deterministic milestone event.

The prize will be awarded to the individual or group associated with the two millionth (2,000,000th) ticket redeemed on Arthurs Seat Eagle since operations commenced, as determined by the Promoter’s ticketing system.

• The relevant time is the ticket scan/redeem time, not purchase time
• Where multiple tickets are issued under a single transaction (e.g. family booking), the entire group associated with that transaction will be deemed the winner
• Where applicable, the ticket holder will be recognised as the primary prize recipient

5. Prize

The winner will receive a Golden Getaway Prize Pack (total approximate value $7,000 AUD), including:

• 2 nights family accommodation at InterContinental Sorrento Mornington Peninsula
• Family picnic experience at Green Olive at Red Hill
• 2 adults + 2 children Revitalise Bath House passes at Peninsula Hot Springs
• 2 adults + 2 children passes to Enchanted Adventure Garden
• Family Scenic Wildlife Adventure with Moonraker Dolphin Swims
• Arthurs Seat Eagle family picnic experience
• Arthurs Seat Eagle annual passes (2 adults + 2 children)
• Giant chocolate egg from Mornington Peninsula Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery

6. Prize Conditions

• Prize components are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
• All prize elements are subject to availability and the individual supplier’s terms and conditions
• Accommodation must be used between May – September 2026, excluding blackout dates:
  • 6–7 May 2026
  • 25–26 September 2026
• The winner is responsible for:
  • Travel to and from all prize locations
  • Any additional expenses not specified
  • Travel insurance (recommended)

7. Winner Determination & Notification

The winner will be identified based on ticketing system records and notified on-site or via the contact details associated with the booking.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner if not immediately identifiable at the time of redemption.

8. System Integrity & Determination

The Promoter relies on its ticketing and scanning systems to determine the milestone ticket.

In the event of:

• System error
• Technical malfunction
• Data discrepancy
• Or any circumstance affecting the accuracy of the milestone determination

the Promoter reserves the right to determine the winner acting reasonably and in good faith, based on the best available information.

The Promoter’s determination is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner (and any accompanying participants) agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including photography, video, and media coverage.

The winner grants the Promoter the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize
• Any variation in prize value
• Any cancellation or modification of prize elements due to circumstances beyond its control

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and participants
• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process
• Modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances
