Our popular faux snow flurries will create magical snowy moments every day throughout the holidays, transforming the summit into a wintery playground for children (and grown-ups who still secretly love the magic of snow!)
Whether you’re snapping the perfect winter family photo or simply soaking up the atmosphere with a hot chocolate in hand, it’s the perfect excuse to embrace winter on the Peninsula.
Faux Snow Flurries will take place on the hour, every hour, every day of the school holidays from 11am – 4pm.

Taking advantage of the Peninsula’s comfortably chilly weather, Santa has agreed to step away from the North Pole for two festive weekends during the school holidays, giving children the chance to get their Christmas wishes in early. Families can meet Santa at the Eagle from 11AM until 3PM across both Christmas in July weekends, with plenty of festive photo opportunities and magical winter cheer throughout the summit.
The Kids Corner will transform into a festive Christmas craft station during our Christmas in July celebrations, and FREE Christmas face painting will be available both Sundays, with kids able to transform into anything; from reindeer and snowflakes to candy canes and festive characters.

NATIVE ANIMAL SHOWS WITH AUSSIE WILDLIFE

Our Native Animal Shows are always a family favourite, giving children the chance to meet and learn about some of Australia’s most fascinating creatures in an interactive and engaging experience at the summit.

JUMPING CASTLE

The Eagle’s famous gondola-themed jumping castle is making a rare public appearance these school holidays.
Usually reserved exclusively for birthday parties, this giant inflatable favourite will be free for visitors to enjoy across selected days. And the best part? Our jumping castle is housed in the gondola garaging area, so it’s perfect for a visit whatever the weather!
Perfect for energetic little adventurers before or after their flight.
DUSK FLIGHTS
Daily During School Holidays : oPEN UNTIL 5PM
Experience the Peninsula at golden hour.
Throughout the school holidays, Arthurs Seat Eagle will remain open, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful Dusk Flights, with boarding open right up until 5PM.
As the afternoon light fades across Port Phillip Bay and the bush starts to settle into dusk, the whole experience feels different: quieter, slower, and a little bit more magical. It’s also one of the best times of day to spot local wildlife under the gondola line.
