COvid-19 Safety AT The EAGLE

The safety, comfort and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our number one priority and we also want your experience at the Arthurs Seat Eagle to be as memorable and enjoyable as possible.

Some changes to our operational procedures have been made to ensure that we can all help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Arthurs Seat Eagle is following guidance from the Victorian department of health and human services and we are operating in compliance with a COVID SAFE Plan.

Our team are continuously reviewing Government advice and continue to adjust our COVID SAFE practices based on official notices and direction.

Please be advised: to ensure airflow and additional safety the gondolas are operating with their windows off. For your comfort, we do offer single use ‘snuggy rugs’ for additional warmth on chilly days (limited number).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in assisting us to be COVID SAFE and ask you to be kind and courteous to protect each other.

To ensure a smooth check in process at Arthurs Seat Eagle please  pre-book  your tickets .   (This also includes our loyal annual pass holders and children aged 1-3, even though there is no ticket charge)  The ticketing process has been updated to a contactless system to help keep our customers safe.

It is a requirement that  the name of every person in your group is included at the time of booking  for contact tracing purposes.  This will also ensure a smooth and timely check-in process upon your arrival.

Only  family groups or guests who travel together  will be permitted to travel   in the same gondola.  Please take this into consideration when booking your gondola ticket.  (maximum capacity of 8 per gondola)

An Eagle team member will  disinfect gondolas prior to each guest group boarding.*   Please be patient during this process, we will have you flying as soon as it is safe to do so.  *For full gondola cleaning and disinfecting procedures, please refer to the Arthurs Seat Eagle Covid Safe Plan.

There is  increased cleaning and sanitation of our facilities and gondolas.  Focusing on disinfecting surfaces, handles, handrails, and other touch-points in both public and staff areas.

Queuing and boarding zones have been marked to allow for social distancing.  Guests will be asked to  adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times  during their visit.

There is additional signage containing hygiene advice and guidance at various locations throughout all public and staff areas.

For everyone’s safety if you feel unwell, please look after yourself and DO NOT travel. Contact our team and we can discuss options for postponement or cancellation.
