The safety, comfort and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our number one priority and we also want your experience at the Arthurs Seat Eagle to be as memorable and enjoyable as possible.

Some changes to our operational procedures have been made to ensure that we can all help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Arthurs Seat Eagle is following guidance from the Victorian department of health and human services and we are operating in compliance with a COVID SAFE Plan.

Our team are continuously reviewing Government advice and continue to adjust our COVID SAFE practices based on official notices and direction.

To ensure a smooth check in process at Arthurs Seat Eagle, we prefer online pre-purchased tickets. But, please note that tickets can also be purchased upon arrival.

The ticketing process has been updated to a contactless system to help keep our customers safe.

It is a requirement that the name of every person in your group is included at the time of booking for contact tracing purposes. This will also ensure a smooth and timely check-in process upon your arrival.

Arthurs Seat Eagle utilizes SurfaceWise* to disinfect all Gondolas. Please note that each treatment lasts for 3 months and we treat each Gondola 4 times per year.

There is increased cleaning and sanitation of our facilities and gondolas. Focusing on disinfecting surfaces, handles, handrails, and other touch-points in both public and staff areas.
